New Recipe! Protein Oatmeal Squares

Baked Protein Oatmeal Squares


Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops protein powder (or 4 of Body by Vi)
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup Plum Azins chopped dried plums
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 egg whites
½ cup unsweetened Applesauce
2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
Combine ingredients into a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until combined.  Pour into a sprayed 9x13 baking pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 375.

Cut into 6 large squares
